Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you received the goods. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend that you return the product with tracking and pre-pay all postage. LASHgro Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to track.
To organise a return, please send an email to enquiries@lashgroaustralia.com.au with your name and order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.

Please include your contact and order details. If undamaged, items must be in original and unused condition.
If the items are accepted for a refund, we will refund the purchase using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
